Valve Spring Tester that’s ready to help assure top performance on the race track! This one’s the popular “Big Blue” model used by the majority of the pro nitro and alcohol teams on tour. It’s strong, durable and made of cast aluminum with a blue powder-coated finish. The vertical design helps to provide stability on the workbench, to offer rapid spring installed height testing of multiple valve springs. It features a large easy to read dial in the front that measures in either lbs. or kilograms. The high-torque, lever-actuated compression is key to repeatable precision. And spring height values can be marked using the ruler and sliding indicator on the side. It can be quickly mounted securely to your workbench in your race shop or trailer utilizing the handy mounting holes on the bottom. Overall height measures 15 1/4″ tall, with the base measuring 5 3/4″ wide x 10 1/4″ long, so it’s portable enough to take to the race track. The easy access controls on the front of the tester, along with the large, easy-to-read numbers on the back-lit screen makes it a breeze to run thru a set of springs in no time. It’s capable of testing springs up to 1500 lbs; in 1 pound increments, with a digital travel readout in .001″ increments.
