Returns & Shipping Policy
Receipt of Goods:
Please inspect your package within 24 hours of receipt of goods. Buyer is responsible for checking all Parts to make sure order is accurate and Parts were not damaged in shipment, and to notify Seller of any discrepancies. If any Parts were damaged, Buyer may file a claim with the shipping company for the Parts damaged in transit, provided Buyer purchased insurance for shipment of the Parts. Seller is not liable for Parts damaged in the shipping process.
Returns:
It’s our mission to make sure you’re happy with your purchase.
Please note that all returns must be pre-approved. Buyer must notify Seller, either by phone or email within 10 days of receipt of goods of their desire to return any item(s). Seller will then provide a Return Goods Authorization Number (“RGA #”) and return form by e-mail to be included in the box with your item(s). Please include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase. All unauthorized returns without an RGA # may be rejected and not credited back to your account.
Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs for returning all items. We highly recommend adding shipping insurance when shipping item back as Seller is not responsible for it’s safe return. Any claims for shipping damage are between the Buyer and the shipping company.
Once we receive your item, you will be notified that we received it, and the status of your refund after inspecting your item(s). If your return is approved, we will initiate your choice of the following: Store Credit, Item Exchange, or Refund by Company Check for the full purchase price of the item(s) that were returned. All shipping costs, credit card fees, or paypal fees are non-refundable.
To be eligible for a return, new items must be unopened and in their original package. Used items must be returned in same condition as received. A 10%-20% restocking fee may be charged if applicable.
Special Ordered Parts and Electrical Parts are not returnable/refundable under any conditions. Special Orders are to be paid in full when ordered.
Shipping:
We ship within the U.S., Canada, and International, using UPS, Fed Ex and USPS. Shipping charge on all products on our website will be calculated automatically during checkout and any shipment over $100 dollars will automatically include insurance. If your package is damaged, save all packaging material and contact the freight carrier immediately. In the event that a specific item is out of stock or temporarily unavailable on our shelf due to shipping delivery delays, Buyer will be notified promptly by phone or email of the delay along with an approximate arrival date. Due to global circumstances, as of March 1, 2020 all shipping companies have suspended their guaranteed arrival times. All package arrival times are now estimates. Please allow for delays.
