Alan Johnson Stage 1 Nostalgia Cylinder Heads
Check out this "complete" set of Alan Johnson Stage 1 Nostalgia Cylinder Heads then you'll know one of the reasons why many of the top nostalgia nitro teams on tour are laying down those kind of numbers on race day! This set is the current style, popular because they utilize the smaller intake & exhaust runners making them perfect for use in Nostalgia Top Fuel, Nostalgia Nitro Funny Car, Blown Fuel Altered, Nostalgia A/Fuel, 7.0 Pro, Drag Boat, Tractor Puller and so on. This slightly used set is the single plug style, set up to run 4 spark plugs per head. Both are in excellent shape and work with your standard deck TFX Rodeck, BAE, or Keith Black cast or billet block, using your standard deck fuel head style manifold. The intake ports are o-ring equipped and the cylinder head surfaces are incredibly smooth and in great shape. Combustion chambers have o-rings installed and have never been blown out or burned thru with chambers having very little normal minimal wear. All valve seats and valve guides are in nice shape. And they're loaded with a slightly used set of Victory 2.375 titanium intake and Manley 1.925 exhaust valves, with Victory locks & retainers. And a set of Manley Dual Intake and PAC Triple Valve Springs are also included as well. Plus, we'll include a complete set of inner head studs, intake manifold studs, header studs and valve cover studs to make this deal that much better! Rocker stand dowel pins are the standard 3/8" size and the exhaust flange pattern is also standard and will accommodate most any brand of Hemi fuel head style header, however will not interchange with headers off of fatheads. And as you probably know, your block must be equipped with head studs, not head bolts. And YOU CANNOT RUN WATER thru these heads.

This standard ratio set, loaded with brand new billet stands can be ordered to works with either 9/16" or 1/2" head studs. Both new intake and exhaust rockers are made by Manton and are the upgraded billet pressure fed oiler style and one of the strongest on the market. Intakes are the popular 1.7 ratio, with the exhaust offering the standard 1.65 ratio. All rockers are equipped with the larger 7/16" adjusters with the 3/8 ball, however can be ordered with a smaller ball size to match your existing pushrod cup size if you choose. The new Manton steel shafts have a .250 wall thickness and the new adjusters, nuts, shims, hardware and springs are included as well.
