That's the best way to describe this brand new Enderle 3-Way Fuel Shut-Off that easily installs between your fuel pump outlet and metering valve, with the outlet on the side returning fuel back to the tank. When in the "off" position, it allows you to turn the engine over to adjust valves, check timing marks, etc; without feeding fuel into the engine. Specifically designed for these types of filters, this clamp securely holds everything in place, or makes it easy to remove your filter for service in between rounds. Longer style filters may require 2 clamps. These can be ordered to work with either the 2", or 2 1/4" diameter size filters.
