The nomex cover and all straps are in nice shape with normal minimal wear. Top Plate is slightly used, in nice condition and free of any stress cracks or damage. And the way you adjust for that is by installing a slightly Used Billet Blower Pulley Spacer like this one. It's in nice shape, with the standard bolt pattern using your 3/8" size bolts (not included). It measures 1" thick, however can be turned down if needed to fit your exact specifications.
