It's o-ring equipped on one side for a secure seal and utilizes the standard blower pulley bolt pattern on the other. The slotted area in front was designed to work with your snout clamp style belt guard (sold separately). And the steel shaft and coupler are also included to complete the package. That's the best way to describe this brand new Enderle 3-Way Fuel Shut-Off that easily installs between your fuel pump outlet and metering valve, with the outlet on the side returning fuel back to the tank. When in the "off" position, it allows you to turn the engine over to adjust valves, check timing marks, etc; without feeding fuel into the engine.
