That's the best way to describe this brand new Enderle 3-Way Fuel Shut-Off that easily installs between your fuel pump outlet and metering valve, with the outlet on the side returning fuel back to the tank. When in the "off" position, it allows you to turn the engine over to adjust valves, check timing marks, etc; without feeding fuel into the engine.
